Important Notice: mcuci2 is an international online gaming platform intended solely for users aged 21 years and above. By accessing or using the mcuci2 platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 The mcuci2 Platform is open only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. mcuci2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the mcuci2 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.
2.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. mcuci2 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
2.4 Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access or operate your Account. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account credentials.
2.5 mcuci2 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
3.1 In accordance with international gaming authority requirements and applicable anti-money laundering standards, mcuci2 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
3.2 KYC verification requires the submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent); (b) proof of residential address dated within the last three months; and (c) where applicable, documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds.
3.3 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mcuci2 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. mcuci2 may, at its discretion, also suspend Account access pending completion of KYC.
3.4 All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the mcuci2 Privacy Policy.
4.1 All transactions on the mcuci2 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and GrabPay. mcuci2 reserves the right to modify the list of supported payment methods at any time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Minimum withdrawal is RM50. Maximum transaction limits may apply to specific payment methods; Players are advised to review the limits displayed during the transaction process.
4.3 mcuci2 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case an alternative method will be agreed upon with the Player. Withdrawal processing time for KYC-verified accounts is typically 15–30 minutes, though mcuci2 does not guarantee specific processing times.
4.4 mcuci2 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Any funds identified as third-party deposits may be withheld pending investigation.
4.5 mcuci2 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) unusual account activity is detected; (c) active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding; or (d) the withdrawal is subject to regulatory review.
5.1 All bets placed on the mcuci2 Sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and competition rules applicable at the time of placement, as displayed on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, the specific rules prevail over these general Terms.
5.2 A bet is accepted only upon the Player receiving a confirmed bet slip reference from the mcuci2 system. mcuci2 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
5.3 mcuci2 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an error in odds has been made that is materially different from the correct market price; (b) the event on which the bet was placed did not occur as described; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
5.4 Live in-play odds are subject to suspension at any time. Any bet accepted during a period of temporary odds suspension may be voided at mcuci2's discretion.
5.5 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Player per day. These limits are displayed within the Sportsbook product and are subject to change without prior notice.
6.1 Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, Allbet, and WM Casino) and are subject to the respective provider's game rules in addition to these Terms.
6.2 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment. mcuci2 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, any incomplete game round will be resolved in accordance with the provider's official disconnection policy. mcuci2 is not liable for losses attributable to the Player's internet instability.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table and are displayed within the respective game lobby. These limits may be adjusted by mcuci2 at any time.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mcuci2 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.3 mcuci2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or the Platform notification system.
7.4 Systematic exploitation of promotional terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting in conjunction with promotions, or multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
8.1 mcuci2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
8.2 mcuci2 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through each Player's account settings: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; (b) session time reminders; (c) reality checks displaying net session outcomes; and (d) self-exclusion for defined periods (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent).
8.3 Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect. A Player who has self-excluded may not re-register on the Platform during the exclusion period. mcuci2 will make reasonable efforts to identify and close any account found to belong to a self-excluded Player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcuci2 Platform:
Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
10.1 All content on the mcuci2 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and written content — is owned by or licensed to mcuci2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent is prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mcuci2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.2 mcuci2 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits mcuci2's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 mcuci2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory risk, or conduct detrimental to the Platform or other Players.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account, any pending withdrawal of verified Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding compliance review.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting mcuci2 Live Chat support or submitting a written request to the email address listed in Section 15 below.
13.1 mcuci2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via their registered email address and/or a notice published on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
13.2 Continued use of the mcuci2 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request closure of their Account.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mcuci2 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or from a Player's use of the Platform, Players should first contact mcuci2 customer support to seek resolution. mcuci2 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant gaming authority's dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable authority are available upon request from mcuci2 customer support.
